Basic liberty and security are extended to EVERYONE! I will serve as your Consultant and Coach if you have been harmed (physically, emotionally, or financially) by illegal acts. You possess legal rights to protection, notification of proceedings, and restitution. Victims have the right to be treated with dignity, attend proceedings, and be heard regarding the offender’s release or sentencing. Victims should have protection from the accused, and the ability to submit victim impact statements. Victims also have rights to privacy throughout the legal process. If you have not been successful working with local law enforcement, prosecutor’s office or state attorney I CAN HELP!

The term “citizen rights” refers to the legal entitlements and freedoms granted to individuals as members of a state or country, encompassing civil, political, social, and economic rights guaranteed and protected by law.

Serving communities as a Citizen Rights Consultant, I do the following;

1. Advise organizations, governments, and individuals about human rights, civil liberties, and equality under the law.

2. Support initiatives to protect rights in areas like property infringement, burglary/theft, home invasion, child sex trafficking, sex discrimination and freedom of speech/due process.

3. Develop and conduct seminars and workshops to educate the public on human rights. I work with non-profits, legal offices, and governmental human rights offices.

4. Protect victims against discriminatory enforcement and supporting legal status efforts.

5. Offer opportunities for healing after victimization.
